How it works
From sign-up to your first broadcast in about ten minutes.
-
1
Create your account
Click Create account, enter your name, business name, email and a password. We email you a 6-digit code to confirm your email.
-
2
Link a WhatsApp number
Go to WhatsApp numbers, give the number a name (e.g. “Sales phone”) and click Link a number. On your phone open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device and scan the QR code. The status turns Connected.
Use a spare number rather than your main business number, and keep the phone switched on with internet.
-
3
Add your contacts
Open Contact lists and paste numbers one per line, or
Name,Numberto use names. 10-digit numbers are treated as Indian (+91).Or upload a CSV file whose first row names the columns, with one called
phone, for examplephone, name, marks. Every column can be used in your message. -
4
Write your message
On New broadcast, give the broadcast a name only you see, and write the message.
{name}becomes each contact's name; any other column works the same way, e.g.{marks}or%marks%.Write
{Hello|Hi|Hey}to pick one word at random for each contact, and click Add another version for completely different wordings. Varied messages are much less likely to be flagged as spam. You can attach an image, video or PDF; the message becomes its caption.“Reply STOP to stop getting messages like this.” is added at the end by default; untick it if your message already says how to opt out. To ask a question, tick Add a WhatsApp poll: write the question and 2 to 12 options, and send it after your message or on its own. Votes show in WhatsApp on the phone that sent the poll.
-
5
Send or schedule
Choose the contact list, tick the numbers to send from (they take turns), and pick Now or Schedule for later. Messages go out one by one with a random gap (30–90 seconds by default), so sending looks human. You can close the page; sending runs on our server.
-
6
Track and report
Broadcasts shows every broadcast with sent, failed and waiting counts, and each number's time of sending. You can stop, resume, rename, or edit the message of a broadcast that's still sending, and Download report as a CSV.
More tools
Inbox
Read and answer your customers' WhatsApp replies inside sendWA, for each of your numbers, without picking up the phone.
Templates
Save messages you send often and start a broadcast from one in a click. {name} and {Hi|Hello} work in templates too.
Team logins
Invite staff by email. Everyone has their own login and works on the same numbers and lists; only the owner handles plan and billing.
Auto reply & chatbot
Reply automatically to every incoming message, or only when a message contains (or exactly matches) your keywords, with an optional image, video or PDF. Set how long to wait before replying again in the same chat, and numbers that should never get auto-replies.
Group grabber
Pick a connected number to see its WhatsApp groups, then download a group's members as a CSV or save them straight into a contact list. Members whose number WhatsApp hides are skipped.
Warmer
Tick two or more of your numbers and they chat with each other for a while. New numbers that also receive messages look normal to WhatsApp, which lowers the ban risk.
Do not message & STOP
Anyone who replies STOP is added to your do-not-message list automatically and skipped in every broadcast. You can also add numbers to that list yourself under Contact lists.
Staying safe from bans
- New numbers start with a small daily limit (20 → 40 → 80 … up to 1000 messages a day over about a week); first messages to people who never chatted with you are limited further. Sending pauses by itself at the limit and continues later.
- Only message people who expect to hear from you, and always offer a way out (“Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
- Use message versions and {Hi|Hello} variations, keep the default gaps, and warm up new numbers before big broadcasts.
- sendWA links numbers the same way WhatsApp Web does; it isn't the official WhatsApp Business API, so WhatsApp can still restrict numbers that are reported as spam.
