1. What sendWA is

sendWA (sendwa.branova.in), run by Branova, lets you send WhatsApp messages from WhatsApp numbers you own and link to the service. You are responsible for the numbers you link and for every message sent from them.

2. Only message people who agreed

You may only send messages to people who gave you permission to contact them on WhatsApp, such as your customers, members or students. Buying, scraping or sharing contact lists of people who did not agree is not allowed.

3. No spam or abuse

You must not use sendWA for spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, illegal products, adult content, hate, or anything that breaks Indian law or WhatsApp's rules. Every marketing message should tell people how to stop receiving messages (for example “Reply STOP”). People who reply STOP are added to your do-not-message list automatically, and you must not message them again.

4. Your WhatsApp numbers

sendWA links your numbers the same way WhatsApp Web does. It is not the official WhatsApp Business API and is not endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may limit or ban numbers it considers spam; we are not responsible for numbers WhatsApp restricts. Use spare numbers rather than your main business number.

5. Limits and account approval

Each plan has limits on numbers and messages, and new numbers have daily sending limits that grow over time. We may review new accounts before they can send, and we may pause sending, suspend or close an account that shows signs of spam or breaks these terms, without refund for the current month.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian rupees. You can change or cancel your plan at any time by writing to sendwa@branova.in; changes apply from the next billing month.

7. Your data

We store your account details, contact lists and message history only to run the service for you. We don't sell your data or message your contacts ourselves. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
